SLB Capital Advisors cited in Commercial Observer’s writeup of Goldman Sachs’ acquisition of LCN.
Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire LCN Capital Partners, a New York investment manager specializing in the net leased property sector, in a deal valued at $410 million.
“While capitalization rates in the sale-leaseback sector increased slightly . . . during the first quarter, the strategy still provides a compelling cost advantage when compared with most companies’ borrowings, according to analysis by SLB Capital Advisors, a New York advisory firm that specializes in the sale-leaseback sector”.
